Joe Lynberg to provide our guests with the finest blend of local and American cuisine. Each day Joe will prepare a variety of dishes including fresh fish, chicken or beef, with the guests’ only dilemma being which to decide on.

Our well-stocked bar will provide you with local beers and national drinks as part of your package price, with imported liquors and cigars available at a nominal price. If you wish, these additional purchases can be charged to your room with payment at departure.

Both the restaurant and bar have been beautifully constructed utilizing the very popular local wood types “Cristobal” and “Cara de Tigre” or Tiger Face as it would be translated into English.
