Canada Duck and Goose

Canada Duck and Goose is uniquely located under the great flyway that runs down the east side of the province of Saskatchewan. Millions of birds travel up and down this ancient route every spring and fall. Huge flocks of Canada Geese, Snow Geese, Blue Geese and Lesser Canada Geese migrate north and again south just as surely as the sun rises in the morning over the blinds. There are some flocks of Speckled or White-Fronted Geese found here too, but they are not as plentiful as the major species. Sandhill Cranes are also plentiful.

This area of the province also has plenty of Mallard Ducks for your shooting pleasure. The duck population is greatly influenced by the number of sloughs and other bodies of water for population growth, and the wet conditions of the last couple of years has provided North Eastern Saskatchewan with ample and suitable habitant for waterfowl of all types.

But the shooting does not stop there. Upland Game Birds are also found in our hunting area. Ruffed Grouse, Spruce Grouse, Sharp Tails and Hungarian Partridge can be found here in the Parkland area of Saskatchewan. Canada Duck and Goose does not push the hunting of Upland Game Birds but can arrange for you to have an outing if the opportunity arises.

We want your bird hunting experience to be the best that you have ever had. We value our customers and guarantee them that we will provide one of the most exciting hunting experiences available. We can do that because we are “local”. We live where we work, year around. We know where the birds like to feed, and we have good relationships with the landowners whose land we need to access to provide good migratory hunting.
