Midnight Sun Trophy Pike Adventures will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons of property however caused, or for any cancellations or delays, or for expenses incurred as a result of those delays or cancellations due to the weather or transportation problems. When necessary, for the safety and comfort of our guests, MSTPA has the right to cancel or make schedule changes.
