We offer a full service tackle shop. Free line
on your reels or ours. FinNor Spinning reels, Shimano, Calcuttas, Trinidads,
and Penns are available as loaners.
We offer custom Star Rods in ultra light, medium or heavy weight for all
classes of fish.We have a complete selection of lures.Silver King Lodge
aquired COAST HAWK LURES in December of 2002. They are now available
exclusively at our store. We also carry a selection of sun glasses, sun
protection, repelents and souvenirs (t-shirts, hats post cards etc).

TACKLE RECOMMENDATIONS
Loaner tackle and reasonably priced lures are available at the lodge. SKL
prides itself on offering anglers the very best equipment money can buy.
Shimano, Penn & Fin Nor Reels are available. All our rods are custom made
for us by “Star Rods” out of Miami. Medium weight graphite rods. You can be
sure you will find the equipment necessary for landing pan-sized fish all the
way up to those giant 200 lb., plus Tarpon.
Fly rodders are welcome to use our 12 weight fly rods but will need to
supply their own reels and the fly line of their choice. We recommend several
lines of 550, 700 and 850-grain (sinking) lines. Flies especially tied for
these waters are available at the Lodge. |
