The trip price includes the following:
- All necessary ground transportation and air charters within Brazil
- Lodging (double occupancy)
- Guide service (2 anglers with a Brazilian guide in 17' Nitro Bass Boat/*Bass Tracker 165 at Rio Araca Lodge)
- Complimentary Quality fishing tackle (Falcon Rods and Shimano Reels) and all necessary lures for your use while in Brazil
- 6 days of fishing per week
- All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- Open bar (Brazilian beer, wine and liquor)
- Daily laundry service
- Brazilian Fishing License
Additional costs not included in the trip price are:
International & Domestic airfare - As a service to our clients, Amazon Tours reserves discounted group space for round-trip NON-STOP International flights on a LAB Airline's 767 between Miami, Florida and Manaus, Brazil. Client is responsible for Domestic airfare & reservations.
Our alliance with LAB enables us to offer non-stop service to our clients at a favorable price, consistently throughout the fishing season. Coach airfare will be $800.00 per person round trip including all taxes and fees.
A premium class airfare is available for $1050.00, including taxes and fees.
Business class airfare is now $1900.00 round trip, including taxes and fees.
We have blocked group space in economy to accommodate our clients throughout the season.
Premium and Business class seating is subject to availability, so please book your
premium or business class seats early to assure they can be accommodated.
The flight schedule is as follows:
**LAB Flight #903=>Fridays Depart Miami @ 9:30pm Arrive Manaus @ 2:30am
**LAB Flight #902=>Sunday Depart Manaus @ 12:10pm Arrive Miami @ 4:00pm
Upon arrival in Manaus, Amazon Tours will provide a complementary breakfast for our clients before transporting them to the charter airport for their flight to Barcelos. From Barcelos, they will board the Amazon Queen, travel by boat to the Rio Negro Lodge or fly to the Rio Araca Lodge.
Tips - Gratuities for guides and staff are at the client's discretion. If you receive excellent service, a total tip of $180-200 per angler/per week would be appropriate but certainly not required.
Medical Considerations - The Centers for Disease Control recommend Yellow Fever Vaccination and Malaria prophylaxis. Please consult your physician.
Passport/Visa costs - All tourists traveling from the U.S. to Brazil must have a valid Passport and Brazilian Visa.
