Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using this web site. When booking your Saranda Resort Reservation, you must first accept the Terms and Conditions stated below. If you do not agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions then please do not use this web site.

Reservations:

A 25% advanced deposit of the full fare is required at time of booking. The final payment balance will be due no later than 30 days prior to departure.

Credit Card Bookings:

Your authorization to use your credit card number for deposit and final payment charges indicates your compliance with our booking Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have physically signed the appropriate credit card authorization form/draft.

Confirmation:

Once full payment has been received, you will receive from us a confirmation number along with any flight details you may have also purchased using our travel supplier affiliates. Copies of your electronic or paper tickets will either be emailed or faxed to you, as per your request.

Cancellation Policy for Resort Booking:

Cancel more than 30 days prior to departure to receive 100% of your full deposit/payment.
Cancel within 30-15 days prior to departure to receive 50% of your full payment.
Cancel within 14-8 days prior to departure to receive 25% of your full payment.
Cancellations made 7 days or less will be 100% non-refundable. There will be no refund of any kind.

Insurance:

Travel Insurance, including trip cancellation and interruption insurance, is strongly recommended to be purchased at time of initial deposit/booking. Customers are responsible for obtaining travel insurance, which must be obtained no later than 2 business days after initial deposit has been made. It is also highly recommended to purchase refundable and/or changeable airline tickets and to avoid non-refundable and non-changeable air fare tickets.
