For our guests dining pleasure, our Dining Room is located in an open air palm leaf roof building, decorated with ceramic tile, stained glass and wrought iron overlooking the Pool, Waterfall, and Central Gardens. Our Dining Room provides Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner prepared by our Executive Chef. Our menus present American favorites as well as traditional Venezuelan Cuisine with a mix of International flavors.

Next to the Dining Room is our Lounge and bar where you can sit back and enjoy some music or watch a televised sporting event on our big screen TV. Here you can shoot a game of pool, grab your buddies for a poker game or play a game of chess on our giant chess board with hand-carved chess pieces that stand 18" tall.

Still have some energy – our night club is located across the street from Saranda where you can enjoy Latin & American music and dancing.
