| The Resort - The Hacienda Don Carlos is a 5 star resort
built in 2003 and the only facility located right on Lake El Cuchillo.
Complete with internet access, fax capabilities, TV and air-conditioners in
every room, swimming pool and Jacuzzi, large comfortable dining room, bar,
and lake view rooms, Hacienda Don Carlos is a traveling anglers paradise.
The staff here is committed to providing guests the best service and

The rooms are large with two full sized beds, Spanish tile,
closets, safes, private bathrooms with showers, and terraces overlooking the
pool and the lake. They also have phones, air-conditioners and TVs with
American and Mexican channels available. Daily maid service is included
during your stay. The resort also has a small store located next to the
lobby for any incidentals or souvenirs you wish to purchase.

| The fishing program is operated by
Mexico bass fishing veteran Billy Chapman Sr. Your host during your stay at
Hacienda Don Carlos will be Billy Chapman's representative Chico Villa
Senor, who also has forty years experience in the Mexico bass fishing field.
Chico speaks perfect English and will assist you with recommending the most
productive baits and techniques, fishing schedules, boat and guide
assignments, meal and wake-up times or anything else you might need during
your stay.

| All meals are included during your stay and include a
variety of thick T-bone steaks, chicken and Mexican dishes for dinner as
well as full American style breakfasts and delicious full course lunches.
Beer and margaritas, as well as soft drinks are also included. Wine and well
drinks are available for purchase at the restaurant bar. The restaurant and
bar are surrounded by windows and a large balcony which overlooks the lake -
the perfect place to enjoy a cold drink and reflect on the days fishing. |

| Because of El Cuchillo's state park
designation, it is a very popular destination for residents of Monterrey on
the weekends. To accommodate our clients comfortably, our packages will run
between Sunday and Friday with three or four day fishing packages available.
